Welcome to Trip Plan Korea (hereinafter referred to as “TPK”).
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) define the conditions and procedures for the use of the services provided by TPK, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the users.


Chapter 1 – General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters related to the use of services provided by Trip Plan Korea (“TPK”), and to define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms shall take effect once they are publicly announced to users.
  2. The Company may revise the Terms when deemed necessary due to changes in circumstances or for business-related reasons. Revised Terms shall take effect in the same manner as the previous clause.

Article 3 (Matters Not Specified in the Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations.


Chapter 2 – Membership Registration and Service Use

Article 1 (Definition of Member)

A “Member” refers to an individual recognized as suitable by the Company who agrees to these Terms, completes the registration form, and receives a user ID and password.

Article 2 (Establishment of Service Subscription)

  1. The service agreement is established upon the Company’s approval of the user’s application and the user’s consent to these Terms.
  2. Applicants must provide personal information requested by the Company.
  3. Once approved, the Company will notify the user of the issued ID and any other relevant details.
  4. The registered ID cannot be changed, and only one ID will be issued per person.
  5. The Company may reject an application under any of the following circumstances:
    a. Use of another person’s name
    b. Failure to register under the applicant’s real name
    c. False information in the registration form
    d. Applications made for purposes that disrupt public order or morals

Article 3 (Use and Restrictions of Service)

  1. Services are, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are technical or operational difficulties.
  2. The Company may temporarily restrict service availability after prior notice for system maintenance or other necessary reasons.
  3. Online consultation services may not be available 24 hours due to staff availability.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. The service is provided free of charge to all registered members.
  2. Should the Company decide to introduce paid features, details of such changes—including timing, pricing, and policies—will be announced in advance.

Chapter 3 – Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Use Restrictions

Article 1 (Service Withdrawal)

  1. A member who wishes to withdraw must submit a termination request directly to the administrator via email.
  2. The request must include the member’s name, ID number, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal. The Company will confirm the information before processing the termination.
  3. A successful withdrawal is confirmed when login with the previous ID and password is no longer possible.

Article 2 (Service Re-registration)

  1. A user who has withdrawn may request re-registration by emailing the administrator.
  2. The request must include identifying information such as name, ID number, ID, and phone number.
  3. Re-registration is completed when login with the previous ID and password becomes possible again.

Article 3 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may terminate or suspend a member’s account without prior notice if the member engages in any of the following:
a. Acts contrary to public order or morals
b. Criminal activities
c. Activities that harm national or public interest
d. Theft of another person’s ID or password
e. Defamation or causing harm to others
f. Multiple registrations using different IDs
g. Any act that disrupts the stable operation of the service
h. Any act that violates applicable laws or these Terms


Chapter 4 – Limitation of Liability Regarding the Service

Article 1 (Online Consultation)

  1. The Company will take all reasonable measures to prevent the leakage of consultation content to third parties, except in the following cases:
    a. Disclosure due to the user’s negligence in managing their password
    b. User voluntarily deletes consultation content
    c. Disclosure or loss caused by natural disasters or events beyond the Company’s control
  2. To ensure appropriate consultation responses, authorized staff may review consultation content.
  3. Consultation content (with personal information removed) may be used for:
    a. Academic purposes
    b. Publications or media (e.g., CD-ROMs)
    c. FAQ or service improvement purposes
  4. Consultation responses represent the personal opinions of individual consultants, not the official stance of the Company.
  5. The Company may refuse consultations that:
    a. Repeatedly request identical topics
    b. Contain inappropriate or offensive language

Article 2 (Information Service Disclaimer)

  1. The information provided through the service is general in nature and for informational purposes only. It does not replace professional diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Users with health concerns should consult a licensed physician.
  2. The Company does not endorse any specific test, product, or treatment mentioned in the service. Opinions expressed are solely those of the consulting professional.
  3. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of information, products, or instructions provided through the service.

Chapter 5 – Obligations

Article 1 (Company’s Obligations)

  1. The Company shall ensure service availability except in special circumstances.
  2. The Company shall provide continuous and stable service as stipulated in these Terms.
  3. The Company shall handle user inquiries appropriately and, if processing takes time, notify the member of the reason and expected completion date.

Article 2 (Member’s Duty to Protect Information)

  1. The member is solely responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Members agree to receive service-related emails.
  3. If unauthorized use of an ID occurs, the member must immediately notify the Company.
  4. The Company will not sell or provide personal information to unrelated third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:
    a. For development of new features or services beneficial to members
    b. For providing statistical data (without personally identifying members) to advertisers
    c. For internal use in customizing advertising or services
  5. Personal information voluntarily disclosed in public areas (e.g., forums, message boards) may be collected and used by others. The Company cannot control such actions and therefore assumes no responsibility.
  6. The Company may use cookies to improve user convenience. Cookies help recognize returning users and personalize the service. They are harmless text files that cannot access or damage a user’s system. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
  7. The Company may share or utilize member information with affiliated partners for service cooperation purposes.

Chapter 6 – Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from the use of the service not covered by these Terms shall be resolved through mutual consultation between the parties.
  2. In the event of litigation, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office.

Chapter 7 – Affiliate Links Disclosure

The Company may include affiliate links to support website operations and service improvements. These links connect to products or services related to monetization tools used by the Company. When users make purchases through these links, the Company may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user.

  1. The Company discloses the use of affiliate links transparently. Such commissions help sustain and improve the website.
  2. Linked products or services are carefully selected to ensure real value for users.
  3. The Company does not take direct responsibility for any products or services offered through affiliate links. Purchase decisions rest solely with the user, and any issues should be addressed with the relevant seller.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any external sites accessed through affiliate links.

The purpose of this section is to ensure that users fully understand the Company’s affiliate-link usage and make informed decisions based on trust.
